The best homes are designed specifically for the sites they will occupy. To help evaluate sites for your new house, Lee H. Levey, AIA will accompany you to view a site that you are seriously considering. He will explain how your house design will be affected by the site: slope, exposure, road approach, zoning regulations, etc. – each must be considered alone and with the others. Lee will also discuss site surveys, soil tests, costs, area design guidelines and other requirements. With Lee H. Levey, AIA involved before you purchase land, you will know that your site will accommodate the special home you have in mind.

Prior to the original purchase of this property, the owner met with Lee H. Levey, AIA to discuss the site, the dreamed-about house and how to maximize the use of the site. Options they reviewed included working with another site, various positions and angles of a house on the property, and various sorts of houses from simple to elaborate. The successful decision was made to purchase the property; Lee H. Levey, AIA designed the original house, and is again working with the client on another new residence.
